We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
By purchasing our wine online you agree to accept title to the product in the city of Napa California and as such pay the appropriate sales tax at time of purchase.
Product Quality
We are committed to providing our customers with the best product and service possible. If there are problems or issues with the product please contact us within 3 business days following delivery of our product and all reasonable efforts will be made to address the issue. We ship our wines during the cool months of the year so as to minimize the risk of exposing them to excess heat in transit. Please note that we do not guarantee the product for spoilage, damage or breakage during shipping incurred by the shipper. Insurance can be purchased for an additional cost.
Delivery Information
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
Due to current state regulations we are not able to directly ship our wines to the following states AL, AR, DE, KY, MD, MS, MT, NH, NJ, OK, PA, UT, WV. If you are interested in acquiring SOV wines in one of these states, please contact us directly for help - info@spottedowlwine.com .
The laws continue to change so please support initiatives in your state to allow direct to consumer wine shipments.
